Helicopter Landing Officer
With the aim of safety assurance, the training program is designed to provide to the attendants the knowledge and VNH’s procedures of the helicopter ground handlings at oil rigs’ or ships’ helidecks which are using VNH’s flight services.
The contents of the course:
- General aircraft knowlegde, the location and the operation of relevant equipment.
- Helicopter approach procedures.
- Marshalling and communication with the crew.
- Passenger ground handling procedures.
- Check-in luggage and cargo ground handling procedures.
- Refuelling procedures.
VNH Training center performs the training on site of the following helicopters: Eurocopter EC 155 Dauphin, Eurocopter EC 225, Super Puma AS332-L2, MI 17, MI 172, Eurocopter EC 120
PRE-REQUISITE:
Attendants of the course must be employees of the oil companies which are operating offshore exploration using VNH’s helicopter flight services.
